How can I apply for funding?
If you wish to apply for funding support in AAC, you must first apply to the graduate program in
speech language pathology within the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. For an
application, please contact:

You may also apply to the graduate program in Communication Sciences and Disorders through the web, at

Deadlines are in early February for the next academic year. Please indicate in block capitals at
the top of your application that you are interested in funding in AAC. In your personal statement,
be sure to explain why you are interested and discuss any academic preparation or experience that
you have had in AAC.
To be awarded one of the traineeships or assistantships, you must first be admitted to the graduate
