Research Interests
Research Interests include the interrelations between aspects of language (e.g., figurative language, reading, comprehension) and other cognitive skills (e.g., memory, reasoning, speed of processing, stress, strategy use) in normally aging older adults and in individuals with aphasia, dementia, right hemisphere damage, and traumatic brain injury. Also, speech-language pathologist service delivery practices to children from diverse backgrounds.
